When I bought this guitar I was little bit worry that bass would be too loud but sound of acoustic guitar is balanced really well between high and deep tones even when played quietly it sounds great (EXP or elixir strings). Body of guitar and especially neck is surely comfortable to play. HyVibe system provides effects and looping capabilities and HyVibe Mobile App allows users to modify effects, configure looper setting, record performances and more. I installed new software instantly and it allows me to scroll through previous loops too. Shipment was through DPD (Ireland), courier left it outside in rain with hole in cardboard on side. On the other hand staff packs guitar into guitar bag and two cardboard boxes so only top one got damage so all content stayed intact. I bought this guitar because it was on discount due to minor scratch. Damage was well documented and photo was provided into guitar description online but in reality it is not even so bad, scratch is almost invisible and those who doesn’t know wouldn’t even notice it. Overall, I’m happy with product, description and service, local DPD (Ireland) service is usually poor but that is out of seller control.
