The website is good, the prices very competitive. The ordering process is easy. 1 star lost for the delivery process - preparation time a bit slow compared to other suppliers, but above all.... please don't use GLS ! Slow, repetitive e-mails to tell you not very much and, from previous experience, packages left in front of the door if you're not at home. That's why I chose a delivery point as soon as I knew.

I was very happy with the shopping experience on the Musiker website and the fact that the product was available directly… not the case everywhere… and this was the decisive element for me. Great that you propose the Paypal checkout… next time I’ll log in before proceeding to check out so order can be added to my history (as I’m a returning registered customer). I don’t give a 5* rating as there was a small problem with the delivery (I also gave feed-back on carrier website): i received a « delivered » status whereas I hadn’t received the parcel. I turns out it was delivered to my neighbouring but no notification was left in my mailbox or via e-mail to inform me hereof… This was quite unprofessional. Nothing to do with Muziker service level… but still it’s part of the overall shopping experience.
