Muziker was absolutely wonderful and flexible beyond means. I ordered a product that they had run out of. After a short email exchange a slightly different product (just color difference) was agreed on and shipped within less than 24 hours. Professional, effective and quick.

In your questionnaire you should make a split between the puchasing process and the delivery/supply chain. Last was not good enough. People don't expect a 24H delivery time but at least thet delivery window is respected when you have 6 days...
