Manche basse G&L Tribute JB-2 "défectueux" (achetée en septembre 2023 sur le site de vente en ligne Muziker et donc sous garantie constructeur). Trussrod fonctionnel mais bois du manche pas assez rigide pour rester "plat". Contact Muziker, retour pris en charge à domicile par GLS à la demande de Muziker, 3 semaines d'attente pour diagnostic et nouvelle basse du même modèle (c'était mon choix) livrée à la maison, sans discussion. Nombreux échanges par courriels courtois et précis. Très pro ! Merci.

Top. Rapide et bonne qualité

Le colis n'était pas suffisamment protégé, l' emballage était tout écrasé et même détempré. Transporteur pas sérieux comme souvent avec eux. Heureusement qu'il s'agissait d'un produit en métal qui n'a pas été endommagé. A part cela c'est un bon produit, je recommande.

Great communication, fast sending by their part. Only GLS hold my package in their distribution centre for two weeks. Not a fan of GLS. Ordered 16th of January, finaly delivered on the 2th of February. I received a mail from GLS on the 18th that they had my package.

The product is of high quality. I strongly recommend. Also extensive product catalogue.
